I understand there are many people searching for something deeper within themselves. I believe the answer is intimately connected to our autonomic nervous system. It has a clear, loud voice if we only take a moment to listen.

The beauty of TRE is that once you learn the technique, it’s an extremely efficient self-help tool that you can use for the rest of your life - without needing to see a therapist.

What I love about TRE is that it’s incredibly powerful and accessible to all people. 

We can all use what is a natural mechanism (shaking/tremoring) to manage our stress and tension, and to nurture rest and relaxation.

No one wants to be triggered by their past traumas. Yet these traumas, left unresolved in the body, can cause an imbalance in the nervous system, leading to chronic issues with stress and tension.

I first heard about TRE through my brother. He has worked in the police force for 25 years and was suffering PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms.

He went to a holistic doctor who referred him to a TRE provider and that’s when everything changed. I saw my brother shift from being a stressed and angry man, back into a beautiful, loving, and humorous sibling. 

The proverbial lightbulb went off in my brain. I wondered if TRE was the missing link in my own journey of self-awareness and healing. 

My TRE journey

Through my ongoing experiences with TRE, I have released many anxieties and fears, and found a new confidence and sense of groundedness within myself. I feel more integrated, capable, productive, focused and calm in my days.
I now use TRE as a tool to settle my mind when it goes crazy, quieten my inner critic, put me in a state of flow with my work and when I’m curious about why I feel or sense what I do in my body.  The experience is always enjoyable and often enlightening.

The profound and deep shifts I’ve experienced have inspired me to keep learning and to teach TRE to others.
